Established in 2002, Junk Valet was started as a property preservation company servicing REO properties for banks. We have completed over 250,000 jobs since we started.  In 2017 we incorporated under current management to focus on growth.

Meet The Owners

Robert Templeton

Robert served in the navy and is a veteran of Desert Storm.  He was stationed in San Diego and part of the pacific fleet on the USS Peleliu.  When Robert returned to civilian life, he went into the environmental field.  For over twelve years, Robert worked as a Project Manger and technical sales representative specializing in hazardous waste disposal and demolition projects.  When he and his wife started a family, he knew he needed to stay closer to home and soon had the opportunity to start a disposal company of his own.  Starting with just one truck, Robert decided to build his junk hauling and disposal business on integrity, respect and professionalism.  As a family business, Robert emphasizes the family feel with his employees and customers.  His main goal for Junk Valet has always been to provide the best customer service in the industry.

Tisha Templeton

Tisha specializes in the development of corporate systems, including administrative, accounting, and finance systems as well as the structure and execution of operational procedures, administration of human resource and benefit programs, and infrastructure building. With over twenty-five years of experience running operational teams.   Ms. Templeton’s financial background includes designing and implementing the accounting systems, software platform policies and procedures, and infrastructure tools for a multinational pharmaceutical corporation, a biotechnology firm, and several start-up companies. In addition to Junk Valet, she has held a long-term tenure at a regulatory and product development consulting firm where she consistently analyzes operations and implements new efficiency strategies.  Tisha is also a lifestyle coach and loves to help people reach their ultimate health goals.  She has brought to Junk Valet the success of a close-knit, family-oriented approach to management that she has implemented for over twenty years in her current position.
